I’m an experienced property investor specialising in HMO. Having never done a flip I spent a year on Susannah Cole’s Group Mentoring Programme. It was excellent. Both the content and delivery from Susannah was fantastic. The group created a very positive and supportive atmosphere which made the whole learning experience very enjoyable.

In that time I did a Buy to Sell project, following Susannah’s process and made myself a net profit of 19%. I now have another 4 projects that have either been completed or are in the process of being finished.

Going from strength to strength, I’m now a host of a property meet in Derby. I’ll continue to progress my career in property and loving it, speed bumps and all!
