Susannah Cole & The Good Property Company

Susannah Cole started in property at the kitchen table, with a mobile, a computer and a kettle where she created The Good Property Company! The kettle was the most used business tool in the first couple of years!

Once full time, she raised millions in private finance, ran a business sourcing over £45 million of property at an agreed purchase price of £30 million, built a multi-million pound property portfolio in Bristol, and ran a successful Buy to Sell Strategy, at one point with 30 projects on the go, mainly funded through private investment.

Susannah loves property and loves to give back, in the shape of Workshops and Mentoring Programmes, helping others achieve (and hopefully, surpass) her own successes to date. She has created very high-quality education materials for folks to download from her website, to research and develop their skills and knowledge in property.
